A modern full-sized kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher a wall oven and separate grill, an electric range plus a microwave oven. All cookware, crockery, glassware and cutlery is in place together with an electric fry pan. You have an iron, ironing board and clothes as well as the automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. All linen and bath towels are included in the tariff.

A remote control colour television in the living room is standard together with free Foxtel television. A video player may be hired at a small cost. The telephone is direct dial for all local, STD, ISD calls outward and with incoming calls transferred to you 24 hours a day.
